Exchange Policy

We at  Jacqueline & Jac want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from product ship date to exchange your accessory for an item of equal or greater value.

It is the customers responsibility to ship their original order back to us.

Blanket Sets must be returned in the original gift box for the  full exchange amount.

SALE items are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer returns or store credit.

Restocking Fee

If your order arrives at our warehouse after the 14 day exchange time frame, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee and the $4 fee of shipping the new package to the customer.

Exchange Process

Email info@jacquelinejac.com with your order number, and which item you would like to exchange your accessory for.

The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Once we receive your package and determine it is in new and undamaged condition, Jacqueline & Jac will ship back the new accessory free of charge.

Each item qualifies for 1 exchange. Once the exchange is processed, the order is considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged again.

Incorrect Address

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout; it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the $4 cost of shipping fees before the order is sent to the correct address.

Shipping

We know how important your order is to you, and strive to have items shipped within 24 hours.

However, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped.

We offer FREE First Class shipping on all Domestic Orders.

If you need your order faster, you can upgrade shipping to Priority Shipping for delivery within 1-3 business days

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $6.

International Shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Local Pickup

We offer the option of Local Pickup at our warehouse. You will receive an email once your order is 

complete and ready for pickup. 

If you did not receive an email that your order is complete and ready for pickup, then it is not ready for pickup.

Follow the pickup instructions on the email.
