Our accessories run true to size.
If your child is nearing the end of a size range, we recommend you size up.
+ How do I care for my accessories?
Please refer to the care instructions listed in each product description.
Here is a quick cheat sheet:
Beanies & Bonnets: Machine wash cold. Gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.
Fur Collection: Dry Clean only
Suspenders: Spot clean only.
Ties, Bow Ties & Pocket Squares: Dry clean only.
+ The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
We restock items on a regular basis, unfortunately we are not able to restock all items. Make sure you are signed up for emails and are following us on social media, for updates on restocks.
+ How much is shipping in the USA?
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders placed within the USA.
+ Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for a low flat rate of $10. Canada is a flat rate of $6.
+ I would like my order rushed. Is that possible?
Yes. If you need your order faster, we offer Priority Shipping (within the USA) for a flat rate of $6. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days of shipment.
+ Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.
+ When will my order ship?
We know how important you order is to you. Our team works hard to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped.
+ What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?
In the event that a wrong shipping address was entered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon possible, and we will try to correct the error. Please note:if your order has already been processed or shipped we are unable to make any changes to your order. In that event, we are not responsible if the package does not reach the correct location.
+ What is your Exchange Policy?
We want you to be obsessed with your order! If something is not quite right you have 14 days from product ship date to exchange your accessory for an item of equal or greater value.
Simpy email email@example.com with your order number, and let us know which item you are exchanging your accessory for.
